Older album, this has been waiting for release since the early fall of 2021. It was inspired by the smell of decomposition and dryness in the woods I took my dog on walks. It's about the natural world and how it's filtered through human values (mostly the neutrality of unbecoming vs our perception of it as a tragic event) and magical thinking (how nature is a living force that often comingles with our static - often dead wood/inert rock - representations of the holy and a source of most impressions of unseen danger).

Sort of a continuation of the thematics of Synura, although much heavier sonically. Central image of the album is a rocky hole in the forest, filled with late-spring thawing ice, rejuvenating moss and broken twigs.
