Exploration into the scale of everything, how heavy it weights above us. How we fear it, how it drives us to deep sense of meaninglessness and the need for the eventual adoption of it to our fundamental core. Embrace and rejection as one - confronting the Absurd.

The album came about from listening to a lot of Kevin Drumm's Imperial Distortion and admiring the simple, yet powerful soundscapes he was conjuring. I decided to limit myself to only one oscillator voice - in my case the Intellijel Shapeshifter - and see how much I can make happen with modulation and mixing alone.
